Cancellation Policy
We require that our clients give us a minimum of 24 HOURS NOTICE for cancellations or changes to your appointment -- for example shortening your spa package and requesting to change a service booked to another spa service.
We may require a credit card upon booking for spa packages and larger bookings.
20% non refundable amount will be charged for:

no shows
-
last minute cancellations

very late arrivals that result in missing a spa service and/or entire appointment.

We understand that emergencies and sickness can happen. In some special cases we may allow you to use this deposit for another visit.
Please, to avoid this hassle, we ask that you make any changes/cancellations to your appointment ahead of time.

Gift Certificate Policy
You must bring your gift certificate or proof of your digital E-Card with you and present it to our front desk staff upon cash out. We will not be held liable if you are charged in full for services/products due to failing to present your gift certificate to us at cash out.
Gift Certificate amounts DO NOT EXPIRE
Gift Certificates with services or packages purchased older than 2 years:
The gift certificate value will equal
the original amount paid for the service(s) OR original amount deposited on the gift card.

This means you can use this amount towards our newest and most updated services being offered.
